Hello, I’m Adam McCutchen—a lifelong people person who believes in the power of meaningful connection. Raised in the vibrant landscape of Colorado, I’ve always enjoyed exploring the outdoors, whether it’s on mountain trails or fly-fishing rivers. I’m a proud husband to my wonderful wife, Megan, and a father to three amazing boys.

With nearly 14 years of experience in people development, including six years in leadership roles, my approach centers around the principle of leading from your seat rather than your title. I began my career in education, earning a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education, where I not only taught but also collaborated with fellow teachers to enhance our skills and impact. I later earned a Master’s in Curriculum and Instructional Strategies, which equipped me with skills for content development and deepened my passion for connecting with people through growth.
 

After transitioning from the classroom to a role as an instructional designer, I had the privilege of working with leaders nationwide from various industries. My journey has included leadership roles across diverse sectors, including nonprofits, educational institutions, retail, and federal government. These experiences have given me unique insights and a creative approach to leadership and people development.
